Represent an excavation and wrecking company in a complex mechanics liens case involving construction of the $200 million Kennedy King College and public bond claims with the Public Building Commission. 
Update: Case was recently settled out of court.

The firm obtained a judgment in  excess of $1 million in federal court for a client in a breach of contract case against a financial services firm  which involved piercing the corporate veil to hold the principal liable as well.  

Represent numerous plaintiffs against numerous defendants including a title company and a mortgage brokerage firm  based on a scheme where fraudulent mechanics liens were filed on the plaintiffs' homes and released after they were paid out to other defendants.
